JR ESTIMATOR/PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years experience in T.I. construction
2. Proficient in reading construction documents (plans, project manuals & specification, product data sheets & fabricator’s shop drawing)
3. Proficient in MS Office applications
4. Knowledge in any Estimating Software is a plus

Duties:

• Perform take-offs
• Prepare bid/proposals
• Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) and Clarification Requests (related to bidding)
